OK, we went out for 5 hours today. Beat the thing pretty good. Ripped the welds off the chain guard, after he got some pretty good air. SPacers held up perfect, no problems. In the picture, you can see how they are assembled. Main M6 stud, then the locking nut, then a coupling nut, then an allen set screw, coupling nut, rim, then a hex bolt to hold it down.
Coupling nut is an M6 x 25 mm long, 1", the allen screw is M6 x 20mm long. The bolt was 20 mm long. I saw them at Ace hardware, but they uisually only have 3 in each store. Maybe you can special order them. Copper State Nut and Bolt in Phoenix also has them cheaper. I'm not sure if they ship.

I have been talking to a metal fab friend of mine and we have decided to laser cut a widening kit out of 5/16 steel for the front a arms instead. I currently have one of these on my 400ex and it has held up great for the last year of MXing.
The great part about these are that they move the shocks and everything out so all of the geometry stays the same as stock.
I'll post pics in the next week or so if you would like to see them.
I do think that I am going to use this bolt method for the rear though cause I'm at a loss as to widening that.
