Im thinking about getting some of the stud type spacers for my daughters 110cc 4-wheeler but they look like there would not be much support for the rim to ride on thus causing it to bend. I guess the other option is to buy the more expensive ones that actually have a nice aluminum spacer for the rim to ride on.Or new different back spaced rims.
Has any one had any rim bending problems with the stud type spacers on a 110, or have a better way to add width thats not going to be to much $$$

Don't have the stud style spacers. Currently have the spacers from James Lucky for our LT80. They space the entire knuckle out 3" each side and come with longer tie rods. More $$ but a better design IMO, the stud spacers put more leverage on the wheel bearings and ball joints.

I just put a set of wheel spacers on my sons mini falcon 90 which I got from racewayatv.com. They cost more then the idividual bolt type spacers but well worth the money. They are made from solid aluminum so there's no way there going to bend the rim or cause damage to this quad! Really awesome in my opinion, and the width makes the quad totally stable even when I got on it!
