I would like to buy a quad for my daughter. Which would you recommend? Id like something with a govenor. Please advise.

Suzuki LT80, stay away from CHINA quads unless budget is an issue. Good luck.

 

I have a Polaris Predator 50 and Predator 90 and have had wonderful success with both. Not only (in my opinion) are they the nicest looking mini quad, but they have some really great options. When my daughter started racing she was the only one with a Predator 90. Now, there are at least 4 more racing with us! I really cannot comment on any others (because I have never owned them) but I would like to say that I agree with Hymis - stay away from the Chinese off brands. Good luck in your decision.

 

We've been very happy with our Eton Viper but some machines are better suited for certain riding conditions and smaller or bigger sized kids.More information would be helpful in picking a good machine for your daughter. I think they all have some form of speed control so that isn't a big concern.

 

The Unison desert cat is an awsome quad. It is right up there with the name brands. You did not say how old or how big your daughter is.

 

I have a Dinli 90 DB for my son and think it was a great buy. I have modified it and it still runs great and has held up to my 240lb but abusing it also.
