2002 Eton Viper, 90cc, 2 stroke - Both headlights and taillights just stopped working. I have traced the wiring diagram from the headlights & taillights (no power) to the handlebar switch (no power) back to the rectifier (no power for yellow/red wire).

Rectifier Wiring: Red = battery; White/Red = Magneto, Black = Ground; Yellow/Red=Power to handle bar switch.

On the rectifier, there is power in (red wire), but no power out (yellow/red wire) to the handlebar switch for the headlights. Can the Rectfiers go bad like that?
