SunL 70cc Wheel spacers
#1
After reading about wheel spacer for mini quads, and my son rolling his at the track I decided to look into it more. I could not find any for his SunL 70cc quad so I decided to try a homemade cheap version. I went to the local hardware store and bought 2" steel spacers and bolts for each wheel. I was leary but after installing them his quad handled AMAZING!, Im still in a trial period with them but so far I have beat the crap out of it and they have held up great! I have tried to tip it but cannot. I have done jumps thinking they would break but they keep on going. If you have a tipping problem with a mini quad you might want to consider looking into making something similar for your little one. His width was 27.5" now 31.5" (same as most 50cc quads) If you want more info I can email some pictures for you. Total cost $23.18 and 20 minutes of labor!

Me and a friend have a couple SUNL 90s and we made a hub change and installed 6" aluminum wheels and it made them about 3 1/2" wider and looked very cool. I will try and get some pictures of one. JGH
