Default E-Ton 50 questions & mods

Hello, my cousin got a E-ton RXL 50cc. Is there any mods that are out there for it? The kid who will ride it is 11, and for the last year he had been on a Prarie 360. So needless to say he wants more power.

Also, are the E-tons the same as any other mini ATV's, such as the little Arctic Cat's or Polaris's? Thanks!

Lot's of mods but it won't be cheap. You'd probably be better off (at least in the long run) trading up to a larger quad. I know that's not what you want to hear C, but I'd be looking at a blaster or something for an 11 year old.

You can always spend $300 on a pipe and clutch kit. It really will help but to make it run for a larger child, I think you'd want a 70cc kit and carb too.

Man you should have at least got the 90cc Eton....360CCs to 50 is quite a drop Like Raptorlegs said there are many mods you can do to the bike but it will be expensive and you are pretty much limited to about 70CCs when you are only starting with a 50.At least with a 90 you can go up over 100CCs fairly easy...Most of these style atvs are very similiar and some parts will interchange and some won't.Check the bore and stroke to see if the engines are the same.

Well, it isn't worth dumping that kind of money in that's for sure! I guess the good news is that my son is only 1, so he will be ready for it by the end of this summer

What year is it?..It should have an adjustable CDI box(2005 and up) or it may have the green wire which can be clipped to increase engine rpms.
