Default Anyway to cross reference a engine?

I have a Komoto TL250C ATV that I purchased a few months ago online. The engine is a 230cc 4 stroke and the company that makes this is Huanan Motors which is a manufacturer of some Yamaha products since 1994. I have tried searching through past Yamaha products to find a similar motor but have had no luck. Is there any way to cross refence the motor to find other parts that will work with it?

Its a single cynlinder, air cooled 4 stroke, 4 speed with reverse. Reverse is also in the foot shifter.
