Default Kazuma Meerkat 50 designed poorly

It would be hard to see but maybe possible. Best to take the tank off. It always clunked and figured it was just a clunky machine. After my rigid rear mod. it quick clunking. If you are unsure, the easiest way would be to take the shock of the rear and cycle it through.

When I posted this message I was mad and blamed kazuma and should of blamed the dealer. Everything else so far seems to be ok. I did have to put another starter relay in it, but...

Why do you think you should of blamed the dealer, and not Kazuma? All the dealer is doing is selling Kazuma's products, and servicing their products.Like the tech's at the dealer I worked at would say"I didn't make it,I am just trying to fix it!" I sell a lot of these Kazuma 50cc atv's,and yes I have seen a broken intake, and usally the customer tells me that it broke when his child ran into something,or went into a culvert and so on.I REALLY do not see alot of broken manifolds. If someone ask's me what problems that I have seen,I would tell them that I have seen intake manifolds crack, but not very often.Remember these atv's are only $500 to $550,A good atv at a great price.

It broke in less then 3 months and was under warranty and wouldnt give me an intake. It was under a warranty and they knew something was wrong with the design. They wanted nothing to do with it. It should have been recalled. I just wanted them to send me a intake and I would swap them out. I quess it was alittle of both the dealer and manufacter fault for the problem. I've read the newer ones are redone so that dont happen.
