Default Eton Yukon 150 stalles on decelleration?

Well im back. I cant help much with the setting of floats. About all i know there is they are set a little low and when we moved them up it ran richer. We live in the Philippines and yes we have a tour company. I would be using honda or yamaha if we could get them here. Very limited to waht we can get as it is a very small market.
For the filters we just use 1 inch porus foam and yesw we oil it with motor oil. This has let them breath a lot better but we still had to rejet the carbs. fro 104 to 100. You may also want to run a hotter plug. Email ngk they will help no problem. The nest hotter plug is the next smaller number. I think they come with 7 and you go to 6. Our running problem is only at high rpm. The only stall we had was from various electrical miss connections. Its really a shame for E-ton as the 150s are tough little units with good looks and suspension. If only we can keep them running.

Well, I went to the dealer last week, also spoke with him on the phone several times, he claims he contacted Eton for me and got no info, I tend to believe him because I contacted them and they didnt reply to my emails either, anyway, this tech was pretty sure it was the choke.

I finaly went ahead and replaced it, even though I did not feel this was the problem, and sure enought its just as bad as before.

The tech at the dealer says they stick and casue a stalling problem when warm. Brand new one installed, rode it for 20 minutes or so, still stalled on hard stops, over bumps, the idle fluctuates when I stop. Total dead spot in the throttle when I nail the throttle sitting from a stop, in neatral or in gear, Im really starting to hate this machine and the fact that I was stupid enough to by another eton for my son.

Is there any one out there that can help me with this pos. Eton is useless, Ive tried contacting them when I had a transmission problem, they didnt help at all, and when I contacted them about this stalling issue they never responded at all.

The manual I have from them, for $50.00 was also a waste of money, doesnt even mention the carb what so ever. I cant adjust the mixture, the floats, no body can help me with this thing at all.

I feel it needs a carb, or a carb rebuild, thats been my gut feeling from the beginning, but where to have it done?, or how to do it?

I would agree about the carb. I am going to assume you replaced the fuel filter, as well as the checked the down tube coming from the tank going to the carb. good luck.

Yes fuel filter is new, air filter clean, and I have changed the fuel line to the carb, it was cracked, along with about 6-8 other vacumn lines Ive found cracked over the past year.

I used to think it was the shut off valve at the tank, the vacumn supplied one, but the filter always has fuel in it now, there was a time when the filter would run dry and the eng would stall, that seemed to have gone away.

Im gonna order a rebuild kit and take it apart over the winter, the wife wont be riding it now for a while.

Thanks

my Eton 150 runs good but when I’m hitting speed it does out and sometime it dies going on forward but after a while it would go in forward then when you go fast it does out
