lt80 help with chain

Default lt80 help with chain

last night my son's lt threw the chain off so i statred checking it out the front gear came off to? what holds the gear on? a snapring? from what i understand theres no way to ajust the tension right? so does that mean i need to get a new chain? the teeth on the gear look good

sorry i just realized thats a lot of questions. id really like some help thanks

Default lt80 help with chain

a circlip holds the countershaft sprocket on. A high quality chain is the best you can do, it will stretch less than a econo chain.
