What year of quad is it? Do you have any compression? Did you check for water in the gas? I would first take off the carb and inspect for debris or water. You can usually spot water in the float bowl, since it does not mix with gas... it will be small bubbles at the bottom. If nothing but gas is in the bowl, clean the jets with carb cleaner and see if any debris is lodged there. If this is all normal, you might want to check the compression. If you do not have a compression gauge, you can get an idea if you just put a finger over the sparkplug hole and crank it. It should blow your finger off with a good amount of force. While you have the spark plug out, check it for fouling also.
