Is the cheaper price worth all the BS you just described? $1k more for a yamaha, honda or suzuki and you can just drive it with no worries.
I think that comes down to a personal decision. Some folks have more time than money and also arent that serious of a rider. These arent for serious riders, atleast not yet anyway. The other factor is for now the majority of Jetmotos sold in Ca are in crate form. Jetmoto is currently trying to establish dealers in a few states and calif. is one of them. I will be helping out Jetmoto by working 1 day a week at a store they are opening up in Oakdale, Ca. around sept. 1. When it gets to the point where there are enough dealers around the setup wont be a factor in the reliability issues. Uhntil then it will most likely always be some sort of a problem. I really like working on ohv's and loctite most of the bolts on my KTM 400, and it cost over 7K new. I also do this to every one of my other toys too.

Yeah, I guess my Raptor lost a few screws on the trail as well. I guess it would have been pro-active to loctite certain screws on it as well. So, it's probably not too different from the big Jap 3 in that regard.
