Default loss of power

i was reving my sportsman 90 up for about 10 sec in full throttle to recharge my batterie(wich didn't work) and after i reved it up and then put it in gear i started to go about 5 miles per hour and then i went full throttle and didn't get as much power as i did before i reved it up. does reving it up for a long period of time take away power . it happened during april and it still hasn't gone as fast as it used to.

most quads can be held full throttle for a short time...I see it at the race track all the time...I would not recomment it...not sure what happened in your case

Prolly put a new motor in it. It's usually not good to hold anything WOT for more than 2 or 3 seconds. LOL

Valve?????????????????????????????/ wtf?

NO valves on a 2 stroke (I'm presuming it's a 2 stroke not the new 4 stroke).

Do maintence to find out why. Clean the carb, check the rollers/rear clutch bearings, do a compression check.

We'll go from there.
