wats up people...my dad recently bought a baja 50cc for my little brother....the atv is for my lillte brother but hes only 2 years old so hes not going to be riding it in a while..i wanted to know how i can get more speed on this atv..everything is stock i have not changed anything...ive heard people talking about rev limiters and all that but i dont know where they are located..im kinda new at this 2...when i hit the throttle it responds good but it kinda stays stuck for like 10 seconds and then it goes a lil faster i dont know y that happens....if anybody can please help it will be cool...thanks

 

First off why do you need more speed for a kid that has not ridden? 2yo he has a while to go before he can even handle a motorized quad let alone one with more power. Plus his weight will make it perform alot different then a bigger kid. Why not wait till he is ready then go from there.

 

no hes not going to ride it for now..im going to be the one driving it...i know about the throttle screw and i took it off but i know theres more limiters..if anyting when he rides ill put the throttle screw back on..thanks anyways

 

sounds like your gonna have this thing broke before your little bro gets to ride it, how old r u anyway? I would not recommend it for a 2yo, but I sure would not put any kind of weight on it either.

 

nah i doubt ill break it...im 17 and i weight 145..but for now hes riding with me but it still holds my weight and his...i fixed the problem allready..i took off the governor and its way faster...and my brother knows how to ride the atv we just wont give it to him because hes still 2...
