2manytoys, thanks for the info! Those jetmotos look like pretty solid machines. I never heard of them until I saw your profile and I looked for months.

As far as handling, we have desert out here. Lots and lots of sliding. Sliding here, sliding there, sliding everywhere. Slide the back end around corners, slide the back end going straight just becasue we can. The width makes it very very easy to slide as you can use more throttle than normal with less leaning(light kids 6 and 7 years old). The stability is nuts. On asphault, I can side load it enough to slide the back end while turning. It would be really hard to turn over on loose dirt. Just what I wanted. Not much jumping at thier age. but I can see how it would stress the spindles a bit. I tell them dirt bikes are for jumping, quads are for sliding. I am a dyed in the wool dirt bike guy. Old school CR125 rider from the mid/late eighties.
