Default Kazuma 110 Falcon or Kawasaki KFX 90

First off, thanks to everyone who chimed in on my earlier post, I think I have narrowed my decision down to these two atvs. Kazuma or Kawasaki.

I can buy 2 Kazuma 110 Falcons for $2000 or I can buy the Kawasaki KFX 90 for about $4200 and having a hard time trying to figure out which one I should go with. The problem I am having is that I get mixed emotions about the Kazuma 110 Falcon about frames possibly cracking, or problems with the Falcon. On the other hand the Kawasaki 90's are double the price and new, but I have heard great things about them.

Is there anyone out there that actually has the Kazuma 110 Falcon that can give me insight on what they have experienced?

Of course, I would like to go for the Falcon's for the price, but for the reliability factor, I think the Kawasaki's are worth the extra money. Don't get me wrong, I don't have the extra money to spend, but I don't want to purchase 2 atv's and a year later it is broke down in the garage.

My kids will mainly use them to drive around in pasture and trail riding....

Which one?? Decisions?? which one?? decisions?? HELP !!!

the frames dont crack, i have one its been a good machine no problems, but if you can swing name brand machine buy them better warranty and probably more reliable in long run. but the kazuma has been good to us and seems like parts are always there, i just sold the 110 my wife said i have 2 many toys so now my 11 yearold will get the redcat 150 let us know what you choose.

Thanks for the post, I actually saw in another post that you had a falcon, so I sent you a message there.

Can you tell me what problems you had with the 110, Also does it want to tip over, it seems to have a high center of gravity?? I have not found many people with a 110, so I was still leary, you could be the swing vote. However, I did see in your pic that you said it was a POS, but not to tell your son...

The kazuma falcon is a good little quad for a chinese quad. If you are going to buy chinese go with kazuma, redcat or jetmoto. I would go with the jetmoto brand over the kazuma or redcat. 4200 is alot of money to buy kids quads. I would buy used if you wanted m=name brand. Have you checked out Unison dc90? You can get 2 of those for about 3k and these are name brand quality. The kazuma, and redcat 110, s dont have problems with frames. They are actually pretty strong. Of course the kawi is going to be a much better quad but I would not be afraid to buy another kazuma.

A Kawasaki KFX90 for $4k...The MSRP on this bike is $2,149. They are selling them in NJ for around $2k. I do not know where you got this price but they are way off. I to am considering the KFX90 along with the Polaris Outlaw 90 and Can-AM DC90. I went the Chinese route and glad I was able to get my money back after two major problems with a SunL 110KLB. Trans problem and then motor died after 3 months. The Kazuma 110 looks like the same motor that was in my SunL. Word of advise from someone who has been there...go with a major brand if possible.

mustangman,
The price for $4000 was for 2 Kawi cycles. I have 2 boys and decided that with all the land we have, their grandparents have, trial riding, and deer camp that both the kids would get the money out of a quad. I have decided against a Chinese made atv mainly because I am buying a quad that will be used a lot and needs to last.

Thanks for the advice.

2manytoys,
I have never heard of a Unison dc90 can you give me more information. It sould like they might be more in line as to what I am looking for. I take it they are good reputable atv's that work just like you brand name atv's. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I found the Unison Desert Cat 90 and see that Raceway sells them. I also have a dealer pretty close by. So how good are these machines. Are they really comparable to the Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha brand. They are a little cheaper in price which I like, but if I am doing to spend this much money I want to make sure that I get the best for what I am paying for.

Also, I know the Kawi is a 4 stroke and the Unison DC 90 is a 2 stroke. Is there really that much difference in a 4 and 2 stroke. I hear everyone say get a 4 stroke for trail riding and riding in the pasture.

Thanks for your help...
