It looks like this thread has turned into china quads. Yes there is some good stuff comming from china but jeesh lets talk more about the bigger brands like kymco, honda, Cat, suz, and so on i think Kymco should have it's own place on here and china stuff should too.

I think you may have something there. I think that the reason we don't see many postings about the big brand quads is the fact that they run correctly. Buy one of them, and all you have to do is ride. The quads are built to last and to be problem free. If they are looking to modify them or remove limiters that are built into them they will come here to ask the questions. And who knows they may even take the time to run a search to find the answer that they were looking for and not make a repeat post.
As far as good stuff coming out of China only time will tell. There is really not enough information to back up this claim. They just haven't been around long enough for any of them to make any sort of quality or reliability claims. The Chinese quads have a long road ahead of them.
I myself would love to read more information on the Kymco's and how they are working out for their owners. I really like the MXU300 this is one of the quads I'm considering for my next purchase next year along with the new Honda Rancher TRX420.
The information I would like to know on the MXU300 is how the shaft drives are holding up. And if there are any known problems with the quads, I doubt it though.
As far as having a Kymco forum we need to get people to start posting their experiences with their quads here first. I think ATV Connection needs an overwhelming number of posts from a particular brand before they will create a new forum. A Chinese quad forum would be good though, I agree that there are a lot of Chinese posts here.
Here is something real sad. One night when I was bored and could not go to sleep I actually went through 20 pages of posts and counted the Chinese and non Chinese posts and the Non Chinese posts won.
SB.

Not every one has the cash to slap down on a Honda or Polaris. Spending $2500-$3000 on an ATV that your kid is going to grow out of in a few years doesnt sit well with some of us. The chinese quads are much more affordable and if your somewhat handy and know what your getting yourself into, then you dont mind saving the extra loot. These ATVs fill a niche that the higher priced units leave open. Im a firm believer that you get what you pay for but sometimes getting the very best is overkill, especially if your just going to have it for a few years. If I had the cash I wouldnt even consider the chinese models. But I dont, so this is what the rest of us poor saps are stuck with. Besides, if it broke down beyond repair, I wont feel guilty wheeling the piece of crap to the curb.
