mywifesquad,
Without having the proper males ends you will probably run into problems. This is why the CDI are equipped with locking clips to keep the two pieces together. I'd say contact the CDI manufacturer and find out if they sell the male ends to the CDI box. If so, they can then be supplied to the people that need the ends. Then all anyone has to do is remove their CDI wires and place them in the new connector. It can be a pain in the A__ sometimes but it can be done. It may turn out that the wires may need to have new ends crimped because not all din connectors are the same. The metal ends that are inserted into the male connector may be wider than the ones already installed on the wires. They may also be a different style altogether. It looks like the Kazuma 150 CDI is the same box, maybe the place to find the males ends would be through them.
Anyways good luck, I hope you come up with a reliable solution. Remember you don't want to create any intermittent or permanent problems in the electrical system. Another thing to remember is that you will be selling these to retail customers. It is always best to use the proper fittings.

mywifesquad,
I was curious so I went to look at my CDI box. It has an entirely different connection than the two CDI's in your pic #3. Here is what mine looks like. 150 CDI I would definitely have to do a rewire to get the CDI to work on my quad.
