Hi I'm new to this forum, I'm trying to locate some information on a quad I'm fixing.
Can anyone here provide any information on where I can get a stator for this thing?

I have some photo's here http://ducati.homelinux.com/atv/ and the manufacturers symbol is shown on my profile.

It's a 50cc quad with chassis number in the form *3LLCLSB1075Fxxxxxx*
It has predator 50 stickers on the body work but I'm told it is definately not a Polaris.

I'm in Aus. and I'm having a hard time trying to locate a part, I've tried Mazur's ATV from ebay and looked through some other ebay stuff, Rick Mazur was extremely prompt in reply to my emails but unfortunately unable to assist in obtaining a stator.

I have a guy who might be able to rewind the ignition coil for me but I'm also unsure of the required resistance, assuming somewhere around 9200-9900 OHM's from other 50cc sites I've read but assumptions will kill CDI's.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

 

How old is this bike? By the symbol's on it, It remind's me of the old Sach's engine's that use to be on the DKW's and Penton's.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

I am thinking that your atv might be the Mosquito Predator 50. Look at this link and se if it looks just like yours:
