Just got a GIO 150cc and can't seem to get it fired up. Turns over fine but I don't see any fuel going from the fuel **** to the carb....I assume the open position for the fuel **** is pointing down? not sure because the manual isn't really clear...In any event I tried all three positions and get no fuel through the hose...also where is the choke on this ATV?

 

when i have a fuel valve that will not flow fuel. i remove the valve and investige.

to remove the valve on a ATV i would remove the tank. dump the fuel back into a jug or a fire ant hill. then remove the valve and see whats up with it.

 

sounds like a bad shut off valve, go to a small engine shop and get a new one,i did it on the redcat150 works fine now. just put it on in place of the one thats on the frame,easy fix.
