Well I bought a Komoto 150 from them for my 11 yr old daughter for christmas and so far it has been great. The service is A+ and someone always answers the phone and returns my emails. I had a few parts get slightly damaged during shipping and with in a week after I notified them the UPS man was at the door with a package from them. I paid $975 shipped.
Only thing I dont like about them is the spacing of the frt wheels cause at higher speeds it tends to be a little harder to control but I am also a 200lb man and was hitting little whoops. This is perfect for my daughter and was bought as a starter bike. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
