Raptor 50 WOT Problems
I tried so many different combinations so I am not sure what helped the most and what didn't. lol
Also with the setup I have now, that seems to work the best, I have a K&N filter, two extra holes drilled in the back of the air box about the same size as the stock holes on the side of the air box and also have the spark arrestor removed with the stock pilot jet.

Raptor 50 WOT Problems
I am just going to get a CDI box and raise the idle a little and have the kids learn how not to stall it. They are very happy with the new power increase. I think it was all worth it. I am only going to keep this quad another year or so anyway before getting them something else.

Raptor 50 WOT Problems
sianod,
cleaned the carb this weekend and changed the idle jet back to the stock 15 while leaving the main at 76.3. I richened up the idle circuit a little and tried WOT after warming the motor up and got the same response. then I slowly closed the choke in small steps. when I got to about 25-35% closed the quad started to accelerate at WOT without stalling. the idling at this point was a little rougher but the quad definitely responded better. I'm wondering if an 80 main would help the problem.
