unison 90 DC rattle?

Default unison 90 DC rattle?
Is it normal for a rattle to come from crank case while in operation? ATV is brand new.

When does it rattle and are you sure it is from the crank case?

it rattles somewhat when running, i assume crank case- not know much about these things- where kick start is the rattle sounds like it comes from.

the sound could also be desribed like clicking as well. should I change/check the oil as well. have been watching posts on HTELectrical new DC90.

Default unison 90 DC rattle?
A rattle is common to hear, when idling you can hear the spring loaded kick start clicking on most of these 90 2 strockes with the cvt trans.

Yes the kick starts do make noise. I was going to say the same thing. Without actually hearing it, it would be hard to diagnose.

While it is running if you hold the kick start or push down on it a little does it go away or change. It should not be loud at all.
