Has anyone found wheel spacers for the Giovanni 50cc bikes? Or made some? I am looking to widen my son's bike a little since our yard is quite rough and it seems to be a little tippy.

I used some hex shaped threaded joiners. Then bought some longer bolts and washers. They are used to join threaded rods together and such. I added about 1.5 - 1.75 inches per side in width so at least 3 inches wider stance. Have had them on for many months even with adults and no problems.
