I just bought a brand new Rotax 454 Twin liquid cooled engine for my buggy (like an Odyssey) and I'm wondering what sort of gotcha's I should look for. The engine can produce up to 110 hp when setup with the properly. Some questions I have are:
What model clutch to use? 102c 108ex etc..
How much power loss with short small pipe?
Is balancing carbs easy?
What size radiator is enough?
Will a vacuum fuel pump suffice?
Should crankcase vents return to airbox?
Are front disc brakes necessary?
How big of a gas tank is needed?
How big of a oil/mix tank is needed?
How much life insurance should I buy?
