Can anyone tell me what the top speed of the KFX 50 is before removal of the bearing on the CVT and after removal?

 

Im not sure of the top speed. Kawasaki claims 15MPH tops w/o the speed collar. 10MPH w/the speed collar. I have my sons 07 KFX50 re-jetted and the top portion of the airbox opened up w/ UNI filter. I really don't know if its really faster or not w/the things I have done. I do know this much , You wont be able to walk behind him w/ that teather after you remove the collar!!! Oh , Kawasaki also claims 50% increase of power w/ the collar removed. Hpoe that helps. Tim
