Default E-ton Viper 90 Blown Main Fuse Problem

The Main fuse on the positive battery cable keeps blowing. You can change the fuse and the bike will start fine. It will allow you to ride it around for about 10 minutes, then when you turn the bike off and back on the fuse blows. I checked charging voltage, its fine. Can anyone Help me with this problem? Thanks

I had the same problem, I had to go and buy some dielecteic grease and a cleaner that is used to clean off electric connecters. The problem was the connection got water, dirt and grime causing my son' s viper to start blowing fuses. I cleaned all of the connections and used the grease and have not had a problem since. How do you like the viper? My son loves it and it has so much more power than my neighbor's sons 50cc suzuki.
