Well still having trouble with these quads,One is running too rich no matter what I have tried to solve the problem. It loads up and runs really bad,I've changed the carb,I've changed the fuel filter,I've tried to run it without the air filter with no positive results, it loads up and fouls the pug unless you hold it wide open and blow out the built up any help, please.

First thing: Do a compression test and see what you come up with.

Anything over a 100PSI will work for me. I'm going somewhere with this. It's a long shot but you've done a lot of other stuff so lets check the compression.
When you say you've changed the carb; is this with a known good one? Are you making sure the choke/enrichner is off?
Is the valve lash within spec?

This is a four stroke right? If so, check the valve lash and do the compression.

Yes this is a four stroke,Also without any type of service manual for most if not any of these Chinese machine I have no way of knowing what ant tolerances should be!!!!, Since I purchased these two 90 cc units I have had to run the pilot 's on both machines turned all the way in ,this did many things one of which that they both ran erratic, would often run hotter than normal and foul plugs,Thats when I (herd God talking to me ) and say try turnig out the pilot , well when I first got them it was very cold outside and that was the only way that I could get to run was to turn in the pilot all the way in,so just to see what it would do I turned the air fuel out while it was running.then the rpm started to climb at idle so I turned it down, the quad seamed to run much better and responded to throttle input as well. I can only think that all this time (8 months) it has gone by the pilot and run off of the main which is why it ran so poorly and fouled plugs so often.I will try the same thing with the second unit and let you know what I come up with.thanks for you help

You need to check for weak spark. check you coil , plug wire(resistance test).

Any chinese quad will run fine, anywhere over 50 psi. If you need to get the specks for this machines a Clymer book for a Honda 110 atc should work for you. Could be weak spark. Are you running an NGK plug? Could be you need to move the needle up to lean it out at idle.

well fellas it would seam that the pilot is where the problem was coming from, I adjusted the pilot on both machines and that did seam to make a big improvement,a long term test will tell.I appreciate all your help, and yes I only use NGK spark pus for all of my machines.
