Default 2005 Predator 90 problem

Nephew has a 2005 Predator 90

Machine started to bog loose power, cut out with more than half throttle and under load. Did seem to be not as bad with choke on. We changed plug, Main jet had some dirt so it was cleaned, checked/cleaned pilot, new filter, checked fuel filter. Nothing has fixed it. It really acts like it could be something electrical but also fuel related. If held open with a load machine will cut out and almost die then catch it self, then almost die then catch itself, repeat.

Any ideas? Any info on checking, ruling out bad electrical parts? Is there away to bypass all extra safety **** to rule those out. Doesn't act like a governor, almost like its starving for fuel but with carb all clean I'm out of ideas.

Seems to act fine with no load, and in reverse. Although reverse has the limiter on it so cant really hit it hard.

Did call dealer and service manager mentioned the Stator is probably bad. Haven't pulled the flywheel off yet so I guess that might be the next step.

You said you cleaned the carb but did you verify good flow of gas to the carb?..There could be something in the tank or lines that is temporarily restricting flow...It sounds fuel related to me...Also does the 2005 still have the electric choke?..You might want to check that as well as they are known to act up.

Well, the fuel filter was checked, had good flow. Also pulled cap off tank with motor running to rule out vent tube. Cable choke.

I thought it was fuel related also but everything with the fuel system is checking out 100% fine. Stator is next on the list to check. Only thing we haven't checked is the intake boot. Wonder if a crack in it would cause this issue?
