electrical help needed

The unit is a kazuma 90 atv
when the key is turned on the fuse blows the problem goes away when the regulator is disconnected , to try to fix the problem the regulator and lighting coils were replaced the lighting coil was burnt up- this did not fix the problem, there are four wires entering the regulator one from the battery lead that has the fuse in it, a yellow wire to the lighting coil, a white wire to the lightincoil and a green wire that goes to ground, the red lead from the battery is grounding through the yellow wire
what advice do you have?
where can I get a wiring diagram? or any information to test parts? as I have replaced with new the parts that I think are the problem?

belive me i would like to drop it in the desert and fire a few incidery rounds through the tank
If it were mine I would but I am working on it as a favor to a neighbor no reputable shop in town would touch it.
None of the chinese machines is worth a dime. None of the Chinese manufacturers are reputable companies.
Buy only Jap, Euro, or American/Canadian if you have to.
