coolster 150cc atv?
does anybody here know anything about a chinese atv coolster 150cc ranger. When it came there were no assembly instructions and the manual don't have anything about assembly. Although there isn't much assembly to do except put the wheels on and the racks on front and back. But there are 2 large steel washers with half inch hole and 8 lock washers with half inch holes i can't figure out where they go....Plus the engine is leaking a little oil after you drive it and even after sitting cold...anyone know anything about this model sure would appreciate it..You can see it at scootersfactory.com, it is the ranger 150cc...Thanks

coolster 150cc atv?
Well glad to know Someone out there bought this atv besides me. Yes i got it from scootersfactory.com. Fella by the name of Gabe helped me out in every way til i got it, now won't return my e-mail asking for some type of assembly instructions. Although the assembly was fairly easy i just wasn't surre if the lock washers went on the wheels or not.. front or rear, i'm guessing the rear. Did you have 2 large washers about the size of a half dollar with the same size bolt hole as the lock washers, if so where do they go. This one fires up and runs good but is leaking oil whether its hot or cold, but worse when its just been rode. A friend of mine is in the lawnmower repair business and said he would take a look at it, so he's had it since yesterday. I'll let you know what he found out as soon as he lets me know.........

coolster 150cc atv?
Well I'm a newbie here and recently bought my son a Coolster Ex150. I have a question regarding the breather pipe and was hoping someone on here could help. The pipe is connected to top of engine but free the other end. These is a clip on the free end indicating it should connect somewhere. Engine oil comes out the pipe so I don't want my son using it until I find out the story on this. Thanks to anyone who can help.

I had the same question about the pipe also. The guy down at the repair shop just clipped it on to the metal pipe part of the frame so that any oil just runs down the pipe and out while its being driven...This one don't blow out very much oil now...Is the gas cap hard to turn on or off on yours, sometimes i have to use a tool just to get the cap off?

Couldn't find anything on the EX150, but I have a Coolster Mountopz-110 for my son. I have their website bookmarked.
Is this the same quad that you have? http://coolster.com/ATV3150B%2...TV-3150B%20Photo.html
If so, here is an exploded view of the engine assembly from their website: http://coolster.com/ATV-3150Bparts/Engine(2).html Maybe you can use it to try and figure out where the breather pipe goes.
