I was just wondering if anyone on here has ever purchased anything from ATVDiscounter.com?? Wondering about customer service, parts, response times, etc. They seem to have a pretty good following on EBAY.

No support after the purchase, forget about them answering emails. Parts are hard to come by but give them 2 or 3 months and they maybe able to get them. They seem to have a problem with their mail service. "we sent that out last week" was a normal response from the parts department

 

They did actually get back to me on an email the other day. Now ofcourse it did take 3 days to do it but the online live chat doesn't work either. Thanks for the info.
