Does anyone know if the ignitions in the Hensim Quads are an ongoing issue? We have had 1 machine, about 6 hours of riding and 2 ignitions, now the other machine is down too. Seems to be the same issue. Is there an aftermarket ignition that is better that we can put in after the warrenty exspires? Also, any information on the automatic transmissions on the 4x2 150? It jumps/clunks on us.

i have heard of the problems with the ignition and the water in it is correct and the best ting to do when you replace it with the new one is to seal the connections with a water resistant gel.as for the transmission problems the 150cc's have a cvt trans which are belt driven and the belts tend to dryrott and for that matter dry out all together over time and use as with all belts. the best thing to do is to check the belt and replace it if needed to and keep another one on hand for the future. there is nothing that will stop that wear on them, just replace and go again, thats part of having a CVT transmission.

Thanks....The transmission issue has been since day 1 of having the machine. It has less than 6 hours driving time on it. It is back in the shop along with the 110 still under warrenty, but it is beginning to be a pain bringing them in, not having them for weeks, paying for labor to bring them home and have them break again. We are hoping to get them running ok then replace with aftermarket parts

Sounds like the battery. Is it fully charged?
