Ok, I did some work on the Jet. Ported and polished head, and did some exhaust work. Also polished the valve skirts. Bottom end got a bit more grunt, but where you can tell the difference is when it gets into second gear. Now, full throttle and a quick shift will pull the front wheels a hair... really woke it up in the middle and tall gears. Got a vid coming...

Here is a link to the video. You will hear a loud pop after the run, THAT IS NOT THE QUAD. My boys were in the garage where the camera was, and one of them knocked over his scooter. They are also the reason I did not try to pull a bigger wheelie. I did not want to gas it real hard with them out there and take a chance on one of them getting in the way. Look close, you can see the front wheels hop when I go from first to second... hope you enjoy.

biskit134- did you have any problems keeping your jetmoto running? Well i have been having a tough time keeping this bike on. I talked to Raceway and they said that i needed to change stock jets i did that and re-charged battery to make sure everything was good but it seems when i start it it will stay on for a while then just die. could it be the stock battery or stock spark plug by chance. I havent changed spark plug yet but im thinking about doing that to see if any changes occur. what is the voltage on your battery before you start and when your trying to start?

If you are getting spark at all, it is not the plug. Probably what is happening is that the air mixture is off a bit. Go under the unit, and rotate the screw on the front of the float bowl clockwise a hair.

you know when i installed new jets i turned the air flow mixture screw out 2 full turns do you think it still needs more. When you look at screw it looks like it has 2 1/2 threads out. How much did you turn your out?

You need to turn it back as much as you have turned it out, line up the blue lines, then try it and work your way clockwise from there. 2 and 1/2 turns is huge...

Is the link working for everyone? Not begging at all, but thought it would have drawn a comment if it were, so just curious...

I liked the vid, I think those are neat quads for the cash and it is good to see people are hopping them up. It is kind of hard to tell from your vid if there is any performance diff over stock though, and that is why I didn't comment initially. outofline is right- MORE VIDS!!!!

I just uploaded a video to Putfile I had on Raceway Extreme Tube that is no longer working, Kind of a compilation of our 2007 summer riding!
