China putting out 450 race quad
I don't know if this is the quad you are talking about. I will try to put the link on here so you can see it.
http://www.4wheelatv.com and search for HYOSUNG TE450 //I have to admit it sounds almost a little impressive.

I don't think this is the same quad hotblooded. Follow the other link, second post to see the Arqin offering. I too am interested to see how well these sell at this price point. If dealers have to sell them at MSRP most people would probably opt for a 450R or YFZ I feel.
Both of those quads can be purchased for about 7K OTD if you look for the deals, and dealer/aftermarket support is already very well established. It is interesting to see the imports go after the top tier of sport quads though. I am guessing they think more globally in terms of sales than for the US market.

Thanks for the link to the HYOSUNG TE450 hotblooded.
Its review read like I expected it to.
"The thing that makes this machine scary is that the chassis cannot deal with the power."
"The suspension looks like the high-tech shocks youll find on any modern sport 450, but they dont work exceptionally well".
"The TE450 feels like a machine that was rushed onto market without enough R&D."
For 6K it needs to have great suspension.

This JCL 450 is one of the best bikes i have seen come out of china. I rode the one JCL has on there show room floor in Dallas the other weekend when i took it out to Rocky Ridge for the weekend. I was more than inpressed with it! I took it to the drag strip they have out there and was running some guys i had meet out there that where riding big 5 bikes. Pred. 500, TRX450, and Suzuki 450. They where very inpressed with it i was running with them all the way till about 1/2 way through 4th grear then they would pull about half a bike to a full bike on me. im going to change the rear sprocket and go back out there and see what happens. i have a bunch of picutres of me riding it and jumping it.
