LT80 help needed, won't start!!

No, it sure didn't. We did get a small backfire and a little smoke rolling out of the pipe, only for a short time then back to nothing. Just to make sure on the reeds, seems simply but here goes. from reed box out, large, small, factory curved piece?!
Only other thought I have, what are the chances that the piston could be in backwards, skirt looks same on both sides, is there a difference?

Cranked it over for a longer time, now I can see moisture on the plug. While the plug was out I checked the compression, not so good. About 50 pounds. Couple of small shots of oil and it went up to 120. Not sure why it ran before and not now but that will need to be corrected.
How can you tell if the heads been milled, as long as itsapat again, why not.

well maybe with all the dry craking you wore the rings down. remember the gas and oil is the lube. have you tried shooting starter fluid in the intake just to see if it will hit? as for the head not sure of the measurment. but im going to guess if measuring the inside of the combustion chamber lip it would be about .0065. not sure on that Im trying to remember. im sure jack will chime in on the correct measurment. its probley easer to do a squash test. use a thick peice of solder and pull the spark plug out and bend a piece of solder in a L shape and put in combustion chamber aming to the left or right side and turn over using a wrench on the ballencerside. and measure the solder. I know my stocker is at .0052 with the head cut .0030. but the people that did it I dont know if they measured propley. another thing that jack could chime in on.
jack what is a stock machene squash test measure?

"jack what is a stock machene squash test measure?"
Beats me. LOL Never measured one.
This is a compression problem as we've eliminated alot. The comp test explained it well.
As far as the carb/reed cage...reed cage, then black plastic piece, O-ring in plastic piece (grease holds it in well), carb.
