Default LT80 help needed, won't start!!

Need some help with the kids quad! Getting it ready for spring I deceded to pop the top off it. Top end looked great, cleaned it up and put it back together with new gaskets. New starter, new battery, new plug, carb kit and new petcock. Now it won't start. When it comes to carbs, I'm no good! Did not pay attention to where the hoses go. Got the oil injection one right but not sure on the other side of the carb? Put fuel feed on the lower brass one, how about the others? Now, good fire, turns over good but makes no effort to start. Lots of times turning over, its getting gas to the carb but don't know from there, plug still seems dry. Choke on or off, hand over front of carb whatever, no go! Help please!

Thank you!!

Forgot a few things, put in a Boysen reed kit, with recommended jet and a Uni filter!

there is a spot for the other hose on the top right above the fuel line. it just looks like a piece of round alum. sticking out of the top with a hole in it. with motor starts it pulsates and opens the petcock to flow gas.

The top left is the vaccum for the petcock. Middle is the fuel supply (you have that correct). The top right (front of machine) is the vent which goes up under the hood.

So what size jet you put in it?

Hoses are on correct, the jet is a 90. Good spark. No attempt to fire at all!! I must have messed something up in the carb or putting in the reeds.

Hand choke it (stick 2 fingers in front of the carb).
You could check on the lil black rubber that goes around the jets and conects to the bowl. Sometimes that gets smashed durring installation of the bowl. FYI: you can leave that out, it's not needed.

Well, I'm lost! Printed a exploded carb view from a parts sites fiche, took it apart and checked everyting. No luck, turns over hard, no fire at all. As soon as the carb was put back on this time we got one puff/small backfire at the exhaust pipe, some smoke coming out while turning it ove. That soon stoped! It may find itself at the Suzuki dealer soon!

try putting petcock on prime. it alows gas to flow no matter what. is the carb full of gas when you take it apart? make sure lines are in the right spot. tap the carb with the end of a screwdriver to shake loose the needle. maybe drystuck. it uses gas as a lube. see what that can do
