All Road 250cc ATV
#1
I found a Chinesse quad on the internet which looks very sporty, but I can't find a dealer where I can go to take a look at it. Has anybody heard about this brand? Is it reliable?
You can see the picture of the quad at: mxmotorsports.us, it is a 250cc from All Road
I am new into this and don't want to spend $2,000 without any advise.

You didn't specify what model your looking at other than it is a 250cc, and the site you mention sells Roketa 250cc ATV's. Don't plan on finding a local dealer as these ATV's are typically mail order and assembled yourself like a dealer would otherwise they would cost more money.
Let us know the model and what you plan to use it for and maybe someone can help you out................slydog

You want to stay AWAY from drop shippers, and most of these guys are drop shippers.
Do your business with John at Raceway ATV..He has an impeckable record AND backs his sales. His business is on the home page of the ATV CONNECTION.

Hello omaryliz and welcome to the forum. You are doing the right thing by seeking info about the company you are interested in befor buying. You can also go online and check their status with the BBB.
I would be a little hesitant if you can't determin their customer service record.
That is key in buying a chinese bike. Its inevidble that your going to need parts usually sooner then later.
Thats is a nice looking model but to me it seems a bit stepe for a chinese 250.May be compair it to other populer models and try to determan why its higher, maybe it has some better parts or design?
Just a little advise,do as much homework as you can. This is a great forum with a lot of knowledgable people. You can usually get the answers you need on just about any issues you have with your bike.
Good Luck!

I live by MX Motorsports, and have purchased 2 ATV's from Rick. Locally, theyre a great company. You can see the 250 I just got in my profile pics. Unfortunately, theres no quality information for my brand, as I think its new. What is the model of the one youre looking at? I was at his shop last week, and he has a good selection in stock. I cant vouch for his shipping because I pick up my bikes, but as a company, they are very reliable. He has a great mechanic as well, named Joe. They dont have any black marks with the BBB here locally, and has been in the business for a few years now. Hope that helps.

Guys:
Thanks for your prompt response.
If you go to the web page: www.mxmotors.us, then look into the ATV's section, then click on All Road brand and it will be the only 250cc's there. It looks very nice, like any other from the name brands.
My concern is that those are pictures, and I called and they say they don't have it in their warehouse, it is a special order. I've seen some used quads that are being sold locally and I learned I have to see things personally. Never abused, only ridden by adults, jajaja... In pictures you see it inmaculate, but personally you see a different thing. Of course were used.
My other concern is that I've been reading your and other forums for a couple weeks and heard about a lot of brands, except All Road. That's why I decided to write and see if somebody has one or knows about the reliability of this brand. Since it will be a hobby of once every other weekend, I would like to really ride it, not going to the dealer or mechanic.
I live about 40 miles from this dealer, so for me it is not a big deal. Their web page shows a big warehouse and they have 4 or more in U.S. (TX, CA, etc.).
What I really want it something that looks sporty, between 250 and 350cc's, and that picture and price really caught my attention, half of a Yamaha or Honda 250cc. I will not jump or abuse it, just ride some plain trails around my place.

Ahh ok your here in Florida too. I can tell you that he had a Viva 250cc sport quad the other day in stock. He also has some sporty 150cc automatics. Call and see if he still has the Viva, it was a choice bike. I saw it when I picked up my KMD 250cc. I inspected both bikes, and only decided on the KMD due to color. The Viva is black, and looks very sleek.
If not, he takes in inventory all the time, so try to get in to his shop and see what he has. When youre there, hes gonna be busy lol. The man has so many phones, and theyre all going at the same time.

Heres the Viva I was referring to. This is from his craigslist listings.

This is the one I looked at in his shop last week. It might still be there.

I ran both. Like I said, the only reason I chose the blue one was for color. Black looks great, but Im partial to blue over black. He only had the one, and it might be gone by now, but they can be ordered. Both bikes brought the front tires off the ground all the way through 3rd gear, Plenty of power, and really stable bikes.
