I've heard of people replacing the rear suspension bushing on the giovanni 110cc mini hummer quads. I bought one for the kids last year and have had a blast "teaching" them how to ride it. unfortunately the bushing has definitely not held up to my 200 lbs well and is slopping all over. Does anyone have the size of solid style bushing I would need to fit both extenal diameter and internal. I would appreciate the info as it will save me some downtime, as the kids are enjoying the spring mud. thanks.

 

have you given t thought of taking the old plastic bushing down to the local machine shop and have the machine you a new one out of brass or what ever else they have or recommend?
