I was given a ETON DXL90 Sierra ATV. It wont start. I cleaned out the carb, spark good. There is a opening on the carb just right were the carb connects to the boot going to the engine that has no hose connected to it. Also were is the air/fule mixture screw? the one on the side looks like its the idle screw.
