GIO 200CC BEAST WONT start maybe MISSING WIRES

[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]ANY help will be apreciated.I bought this 200cc beast and it wont start.There is a connection on start stop switch with nothing connected.It is two spade connectors and ther is also a green wire about 4 inches long on motor with nothing connected aswell.It push starts but wont electric start,any body know what this connection is for ,or coulsd i possibly need new electric starter or something

Did you know that the front brake has to be pulled for the starter to work? Have you tried to jump the starter solinoid. The solinoid is a round thing on the left side under the seat, tie wrapped to the frame. It has 4 wires on it, 2 thin ones, 2 thick ones, use a screwdriver and place it on the 2 bolts, engine should turn over.
