Default Chinese upgrades...worth it?

I've found a web site that has (upgrade/performance) parts for Chinese ATV's Like the CDI, shock. Has anyone here ever used them? or know if they really work?

People have told me the chinese ATV's benefits from the same upgrades that the pocket bikes work with.. Some upgrades make huge differences.. I don't know which ones to get to make the difference though.

You will notice a difference with the performance coil and the cdi. You can open your spark plug gap with the coil. The cdi is good just be sure to get one with a rev limiter. The performance one will give you more rpms before you hit the revlimiter. Some of the racing cdi have no rev limiter. A cheep improvement is to add a uni air filter. The stock chinese air filters are crap.

my opinion is the exhaust is pretty restrictive on the one I have as well.. DOwn know what they offer for that though.

Will the racing CDI work on a bigger angine (229cc) and the coil I changed My AIR filter a found a K&N that worked for my quad but I want other upgrades to make more than 17HP

My friend bought a 110 Gio for his kid, for a extra $50 they up grade the carb to a Mikuni carb,I think that was well worth it.
