Default redcat kazuma 110

kazuma 110 engine ajusted valves to .004 have good spark getting fuel but will not start, sputter or anything. one of the three bolts on the cam gear was missing so i took the head and cylinder off and was able to retrieve the bolt i think it got caught in the chain and caused a major timing jump. i reassembled with TDC mark and guessed at the cam timing. It only has one mark on the cam gear and one mark in the case but it also has two small tabs that the mark on the cam gear could be lined up between. Can anyone help? should i be looking at a different problem? is there a way to adjust igntion timing? i usually only work on harleys and this little quad has me stumped any help is appreciated
