For that price you can get a nice used quad and have money left for add-ons as has been said. There are tons of them out there in that price range. I got the Kawasaki Lakota for $2100 and the Polaris Xplorer for $2200. The Lakota was a nice 300cc that was pretty lightweight to make it easy to handle. Only problem was that it would get hung up on the rear axle due to being a chain drive with low clearance. The Xplorer was a 250cc 2 stroke 4wd. Same kind of issue with the rear axle except it could pull itself along better with the 4wd. Other used utility models that are great quads are the Honda Recon 250cc, Kawasaki Bayou 250cc, Suzuki Ozark 250cc, and the Yamaha Big Bear 250cc. All of these are shaft driven, solid rear axles that are fun to ride. You might be able to get a deal on a new one or a used one that is in nice shape. There are plenty more out there. It is good to look around a bit before you buy.

Well, seeing as it has a reserve price and a buy it now price, you can bet the reserve price is 3199. No real savings as you'll have to pick it up.

As a rule, I wouldn't buy anything major without being able to touch it before any cash was exchaged.

Oh, and that's not the DVX model, so my comparisons really aren't going to work on that.
