Hey!Great quad for the workin mans kids but u gotta know how to wrench!My 5 And & 7 year old luv this thing 629 at racewaway.Any questions post and ill answer them.Hard to find info on these I know.First off turn that mixture screw to 3 turns,cut off that whimpy tailpipe,drill holes in the inner plate quarter inch,take off that cali vent on the exaust and plug it up.change the front sprocket to a moose sprocket 13 t off a 85 cr80r.If u want more torge go to a 12 t.Dont bother changing the rear.u wont find a bigger sprocket to fit it.12 t gives you a 3.08 13 a 2.85 i think.changing the front gives a more desireable gear ratio.Take off the tether on the back,cuts power to the spark.rear sprocket bolts will break when u go to take them off.Drill them out and tap with 8.8 x1.25.get the screws at lowes.cut off the axel bolts with a grinder put 3 on.buy at partsprousa.com.dump the chain,buy 10 feet of it at northern tool for 16 bucks.A suzuki lt 1987 50 rear sprocket will fit this .axel bolts r 27 mm.rear disc brake is out of round,binds.Heat up with propane torch turn,self adjusting.put washers on seat bracket to make it work.TIgHTEN EVERYTHING
