Default gio bull 110cc

Hi everybody I need some help with a 2008 Gio bull 110cc. Ok here is my question everytime my son's atv cools down and we go to start it up it will crank and crank with no start even if I choke it. It either kills the battery or floods the spark plug, I charge it up put in a new plug and eventualy it starts up. I don't know if anyone has encountered this before? Other then that the bike runs great once it's started.

Thank you sir, what would you recommend for oil in it, would a synthetic oil be better since the winters get kind of cold around here and my son will probably still want to ride it around the yard.

Ans as for the hard to start you think it's going to come around and start up quicke, cause my son's 2006 50cc starts up right away?

anything american 10w 40 for winter and 5w 20 for summer is the oil in there from factory or you and it will start goog as soon as the gunk and stuff are out of the carb and engine breaks in a little for the time being take it easy on the atv no adults to much stress on the motor
