ATVDISCOUNTER---still wainting for my order
I ordered a Hanma R-9 from from ATVdiscounters this last spring. I know that at that time they only had their shipments picked from them once a week. If you ordered your item the day they shipped out you would have to wait a week before it would even leave their warehouse. Seems like I remember them shipping out items on Monday or Tuesday. Once it leaves their warehouse it does not take to long to get to you. I was not to impressed with their choice of freight services though. If it is Conway make sure you open it up and check everything closely. It looked like they put something heavy on our unit and it bent up the packing crate pretty bad. It allowed one of the cross bars on the crate to cut into the seat and scratched up the fairing some. I took pictures and made notes on the shipping manifest of the damages before I even signed on the line. It took some time but I did get a new seat and fairing from ATVdiscounters. In fact I kept on getting calls for three months to make sure I received my fairing and seat ok. From my experience I would buy from them again. I hear a lot of bashing hear but I have been satisfied.

I have had no real problems with the unit. I have three MIC's now and they have all been good units so far. The Vbike I have has given me some issues but nothing that I could not work around and I would buy them all again knowing what I know now. Good luck, George.
P.S. you can read more on my Marshin and Hanma with the links below my name.

The shipping manifest should have all that was shipped listed on it. If all the items are not there then it would be your choice to either accept what was there or not. If you accept make sure that you write on the manifest what was missing. When I got my unit there was damage from shipping. I inspected the unit and noted all visible damage on the manifest, I also took pictures before I signed for it. I also sent a email to ATVD as soon as I got home and included the pictures. It took about 6 weeks before I got my new parts. It does take some time for them to confirm with the shipping company and get parts out. Well I hope it all works out for you. Good luck, ghcoe.
