atv sitting in basement

I have 50cc kazuma atv has been in basement for 14 months, i am going to sell what would anyone sugeest i do before starting. Nothing wrong with it has just been sitting for a long time my son got to big for it has 110cc, we skipped the 90cc.

yes, but the gas was cut off
