Kymco 50 Mongoose will not start
She was not run for three years. Put in new battery and gas and it would crank and run for only 30 seconds. This would repeat every time I tried to start and run the atv. I figured the carb jet was gummed up so I disassembled and soaked ther carb. Put the carb back together and now she will not even start. Not even when I give it a short burst of starter fluid. Spark is good but the plug is very wet.
Any ideas out there? Thanks.......Mike

Welcome to the forums.
Did you clean the gas tank out so no left over yuck is not going into your clean carb?
Wet plug means it's flooded by attemting to start and hitting the throttle OR the float is allowing fuel past (possibly yuck in the float seat/needle).
You may need to clean the carb again.
Let's go from there.
