Kazuma Dingo 250cc ATV. Whenever I give it gas more than 1/2 throttle, the engine seems to sputter, cut out and otherwise not want to fire/run. It seems to run fine for 1/2 throttle and less. I've changed the plug, oil, cleaned the air filter, checked for good fuel flow in the fuel line, and found nothing. Could the problem be in the carb or the ignition? I'm somewhat mechanically inclined, but would like a direction to start looking for a solution.

 

I would pull the carb apart and go from there

 

If this is a 250 watercooled check the carb manifold as they are junk they split apart and then do not run right.
